@Hedwinkle: Spartan UI is fine depending on your screen size. I, for example, am currently using a monitor that has a native resolution of 1024x768 (my standard monitor broke) I wouldn't dare use Spartan UI on it, it'd just be bloody stupid.

But, on my standard 22" monitor which has a resolution of 1680x1050 (widescreen) I would be able to use such addons.
