That does bring up an interesting point on the Banshee Queen. The Lament of the Highborn shows there is a shred of the High Elf left in there and there is a huge amount of grief and pain hidden in there.

She covers I up, With complete callousness for certain windbags in the Pit of Saron and how she treats everyone but the heroes that are her best hope of getting to Arthas and other actions, but she has something that is not total hate in there.
