On the contrary, just because it shows flashes of what happened to her during the fall of Quel'thalas doesn't mean that's all she was thinking of. Clearly the point of the music video was to show her fall from grace, which is quite possibly the most definitive point in her character's history.

I think she does have some semblence of emotion left in her heart, otherwise Vereesa's locket wouldn't have triggered those memories in the first place. That's at best, of course. At worst, I think she simply longs to feel something for her people and her family again, and her angry demenour is a result of her being unable to feel those emotions.
