Chain Lightning jumps from target to target, up to 3 targets. An EMCL will hit the priest first, then the next nearest would be the warrior and spell reflected on the Shaman. You don't need to be the primary target of Chain Lightning to reflect it, as each jump is calculated as a direct spell cast from the Shaman.
