Mage Tarethios of <The Sunwarders> on EU Argent Dawn had a little difficulty controlling his summoned water elemental. He turned his back for a second while running the Halls of the Brave, and next thing he knew, his elemental had devoured all his party members, coating himself in their blood. Eesh.
