I do both starting areas on my toons for northerend- I usually go there right after hitting 68, and often don't ding 70 until the end of Borean Tundra quests. So I head to the Fjord afterwards. I figure I can do the same in Cata.

I will be doing both anyways as there will probably be new exploration and loremaster achievements for Cataclysm, and I have 2 80's so I can experience both at the appropriate levels.
