Except every quest will also come with it's requisite underwater breathing potions and again make my Shammy's water breathing spell useless. Still it looks cool, and I am excited for a new kind of undewater fighting. Would be cool if it was something like fighting in low gravity or something, so we jump twice as high and all our moves are like slow mo (though I don't know if it would go as far as lowering cooldowns as well and run speed as well).
