Or, it's about a tauren who's hanging out and playing Bejeweled, when a bunch of gnomes jump him from behind a rock. I admit I about lost my mind laughing at the jumping gnomes, but I couldn't miss the obvious music shout out to Tetris. This won the Baron's honorable mention for "Best Video With Gnomes In It," and you can easily see why.

Okay, that was kinda bad.
Firstly, effects doesn't really matter, but when you throw stuff at somebody it shouldn't take 20 seconds to hit, especially when theres like what, 5 meter between them?
Secondly, there's no depth. Yeah, it's supposed to be a funny short, but it doesn't have any pace and it fails at making the plot funny.
Thirdly, though I do think Tetris music is excellent, it just ruined the video completely. It just doesn't fit. Sorry, it just don't.

I kind of agree with you. There wasn’t anything that technically impressive about this video and the joke feels really hackneyed at this point. “Gnomish Revenge” is starting to become its own sub-genre of machinima at this point, complete with lesser videos like these that don’t even demonstrate much effort or comedic timing.

Firstly, humour doesn't really matter, but when you throw opinions at somebody it shouldn't be that boring, especially when there's like what, a half dozen paragraphs?

I agree, I didn't find one thing funny. The jokes were lame and not well timed. The effects weren't good. Really not much to like at all for me anyways.

I'm not gonna lie, that was one of the cutest and most hilarious things I've seen all week. I can't help thinking gnomes are adorable...they're so tiny and arrogant, it's just awesome.
And for those of you who said it wasn't "technically impressive"..I"m pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be. Its purpose was to entertain, and it did, at least for me.

This is... a very forgettable movie. 10 seconds of Gnomes throwing fruit and 30 seconds of Gnomes jumping around does not a movie make.
The one thing that got me laughing was seeing the Tauren's name. I've got a Tauren named Gnomebasher.

I liked the video and thought it was funny, but I couldn't help but think of a quote from The Boondocks when the gnomes started bouncing, "You know, we coulkd all be reading a book right now..."

That could have been a lot better if they bothered to try and at least give it proper timing (both in terms of writing and the fact that nothing was moving at the right speed), proper audio levels, music that fit and took care to note that apparently there's a death knight wearing level 19 leather.

... I agree that the video is entirely lame. But... they're all dressed up in cute, funny outfits. Why in the world would you think the death knight wearing 'level 19 leather' (if he is) was weird?

Well, I felt that the ten or so seconds of gnomes throwing fruit and cogs at the tauren was awesome. It was short and to the point. It's not trying to say anything, just showing off some funny gnomes.
The Bejeweled was also pretty funny. I've had that happen to me.
