Other random thought about the HPala in PvP: They excel at healing one or two toons through massive amounts of damage, while being less apt at throwing a moderate amount of healing over a large group. It is for this reason that Paladins end up being tank healers in raid PvE, while Druids and Shamans are assigned the raid healing roles. With the increased focus on battlegrounds in Cataclysm, I suspect we will see Paladins shine as flag-healers in WSG and tank healers in AV, while being seen as less desirable in more "Grand Melee"-style battlegrounds. Or I could be totally wrong. I do know that there is no other healer I'd rather have for 2s and 3s.
