I liked this article until it started talking about PVP.Where in sadly I cant help but think that this article is something of a QQ and nothing more. It has the feeling of someone pushing for a single spec to be made stronger in PvP. How ever on closer look its not even that, its a single style of specing. Although the writer seems to have given it some thought they are not thinking wide enough to grasp all the fascists of druid in PvP, that is to say all specs can use 3 out of the 5 druid forms. Last I checked druids have access to one of the most powerful CC in the game to assist them in resetting fights. Druid racial abilities are also significant in PvP.The only problem I see for Druids in PvP is the fact they have two many options that most people cant work out what is the best one to use. Unlike how this article reads I would say that is an amazingly good thing, because if you think about your fights you will likely probably see a better path than the one you took to a loss. Which is so much better than X killed me because he has better gear/less lag, got a lucky proc. The reason feral never seems to see much success is the same reason some specs in other classes see more success because they are the more suitable spec for the situation or easier to get results playing.
