Tuesday Morning Post: And live in harmony harmony oh love edition

While the pony talk refuses to die down, some people just want it to go away, and luckily for them, there have been other things of note to report. For example, there was also a bit of Cataclysm news this past week. Paladins got their day in the sun with their Cataclysm class preview (along with some extra blue clarification, of course), and we, of course, have analysis for all three talent trees. We also saw the release of a preview of Mount Hyjal, as well as a preview of Vashj'ir, a sunken city of the Naga. There was also a twitter developer chat, where we learned that we'll be able to learn 310% flight for all our current flying mounts in Cataclysm.
No matter what type of news you prefer, you'll have some time to get caught up on it thanks to a 5 AM to 11 AM pacific downtime window. I was going to write one too, then when I saw our queue for the next few days and I made the exact same joke you just did in our newsroom. I read some 50 odd WoW blogs too, and they're all full of star pony news as well. So I refrained. But oh how I was tempted.
Mine was going to be about slowly going insane from star ponies at every corner and my ongoing (pre-star pony) journey for a mimiron head mount.

Can you stop trolling people by posting constant mentions of That Stupid Horse. It is bad enough in game.
If Blizzard did make a robot unicorn though (especially if it played the music) they would have my $25.

Enough with the effing Celestial Steed already. Yeah, I have one. No, I don't mount it. GupPet doesn't recognize it as a random mount, and I pretty much only wanted it to be one step closer to my Blue Dragonhawk.
Can we not go one day without talking about it?
BTW, Dawn Moore, I'm still waiting on my Boyfriend Aggro post. There better not be a "Celestial Steed 101: Disc/Holy Priests" article.

As am I. I'm writing it as a human feature-style article and one of the two ladies I want to interview is still working hard on heroic Lich King progression. When she's done, she'll be available and I'll get crackin' on it.
I myself have only so many boyfriend aggro stories, so I wanted to get a couple views on it.

Here's what really bugs me about the sparklepony: there's no reason for it. There's no explanation for it. There's no lore for it.
If Blizzard wants to charge for new things, how about better character customization. Call me picky, but I really hate my toon looking like it got dressed in the dark just to have the right specs.
