Cyranax - you can go to http://www.wowwiki.com/Realms_List to see all the realms. As people have already indicated you might want to focus on Pacific servers. Oceanic is also an option, or you might look into EU (English) servers as well, but latency can be an issue.

I would suggest grabbing some server names, making a few 'toons & testing it out to see if you can find one you like.
