I actually found Jurim two days in a row and got the credit on 2 different characters. First one was a warrior a few levels too low to solo him, so I ended up dead. While I waited for a guild mate to come help, I watched him as a ghost, and saw his path now stops quite a long way from the guards at the fork in the road.
