Most of these are well-deserved. Frostbitten/Bloody Rare are nightmarish. Hero of Shattrath is a terrifying grind. The only one I don't really agree with is Higher Learning, because you can just make it part of your routine to check all the spawn points whenever you happen to be in Dalaran, and you'll most likely get it after a month or so.

agreed, i would go around to all the spawn points whenever i was in Dal, i logged in the mornings before work, and i found what the higher learning channel* is on my server. i got extremely lucky i think because i was once doing dailies in icecrown when someone wrote on the higher learning channel that a book was available. i immediately hearthed and got the book, checked the other spawn points and immediately found two more books. as soon as you find one spawn point, even if it's a joke book, check absolutely every other spawn point because they usually spawn in pairs. got higher learning in about a week this way.* for those maybe not aware, a lot of servers start their own channel so people can help each other out with spawn points. i just asked in trade a couple of times before someone knew what i was talking about. usually not that many people on it but it was extremely helpful that one time. and always make sure you callout spawn points too, in trade channel.

There are also addons and even chat channels dedicated to doing Higher Learning, making it a slow but doable achievement. I did this on 3 different characters on Lightbringer. It just required patience, a keen ear, and leaving toons in Dal so I could quickly get to a book when a real book spawned. (Sometimes I had time to get the same book on 2 or 3 of my 80's before it disappeared). So, while a challenge, I'm not sure this one merits the top 15.
