Lots of high end arena players are ninjas, just look at http://www.straferight.com/forums/massively-multiplayer/180651-blackrock-raid-safe-list.html and see. I've got a feeling a lot of it arises from the whole "pve-to-pvp" crapfest we're seeing in wrath. Seriously, the difference Solace, DFO or DBW makes to arena is completely out of line and you can hardly expect any other sort of action than theft when you make the temptation that large.
