The worgen DKs probably won't be from Gilneas. But as I've said before, THAT'S OKAY! They will be doing the Scarlet Enclave starting zone instead of Gilneas, so they're free to have a completely different backstory. It'll still just end with them traveling to Stormwind, getting pardoned by Varian, and getting to live in the new worgen district with the Gilneans.

The worgen DKs will probably be revealed to be from the Grizzly Hills, where Arugal had been resurrected in order to create worgen soldiers for the Lich King. When you do the "kill your friend quest" in the DK starting area, all they need is a quote like, "By the Light, it's you! I haven't seen you since the Wolfcult showed up at Silverbrook!"
