After seeing what Fluffy said, I guess I haven't been using PA to its fullest potential. Obviously there are options I am overlooking. Still a bar timer is probably better for some things than a picture with a timer or however PA would handle such things.

@Jack: if all you are doing with the macro is /focus target, there is a keybinding for that which is not bugged. For other addons (I cannot speak for NTK), it really is about using the menu to set focus instead of the slash command or keybinding.
