I tried both NTK and Sexycooldown, but I prefer the simplicity and integration of the Quartz procs module (quartzprocs). It allows you to track any spell effect by adding spell ID, and when combined with a debuff tracker on nameplates (I use Docsui Nameplates for this) I find it far more versatile and seamless with the rest of my UI. on top of this, the ram load quartz+procs is much lighter on my system than a standalone addon for procs and CDs.
PS. You should do a post covering AVR. It completely changed the way my guild raids. Being able to see explosion radii on Rotface? Win.
