While those ring choices are sound, might I offer a suggestion? If you're a priest that has friends or a guild that would be willing to carry you through Ony and offer you the head, the ring you recieve from the quest is also an acceptable upgrade. Heck you could probably even get away with getting carried by a pug (if the other healer is well geared enough to nearly solo heal it) and still get a crack at the head since many raiders have probably completed that quest by now.

The same can be said of ICC rep runs; get a guild to carry you, get rep, win.

Also, if you're willing to dish out the coinage for items like Je'Tze's Bell or Stiffened Corpse Shoulderpads (which run pretty expensive on my realm) you should look into grabbing one of the Dalaran signets. Sure initially they're expensive, but the ugrades over time make up for it (plus nothing says pimp like "My hearthstone's a ring" (well... maybe not))
