I love children's week, but I for one want to know what happens to these orphans when they grow up... I mean the Draenei child is told she will become a great shaman seer and the Oracle and Wolvar children are both told they'll become great heros as well by great powerful figures of the world. What happens to these little children when they grow up? I want to see them included in something later. Make them age with the story, let us know what happens to these little kids we took on a tour around the world...

I think Dornaa undergoes a sex change operation and starts calling herself Med'an.

But she has an older brother, maybe HE'S the one who starts calling himself Med'an. Not sure you get sex change operations in WoW. Well, maybe, do character recustomisations have in-game recognition?

We probably won't see much more of any of the orphans. In-game time is said to be roughly one year per expansion (so about half as fast as real time). It would have to be about 30-40 years before we see more of the human and orc kids, and hundreds before we saw more of the BC kids.
There's a chance we'll hear more from the WLK kids, as we don't really know how fast they age.

The shattra orphans are draenor kids. Med'an never visited draenor until his teens, Garona admited he was her only son, and he always had Meryl as a tutor. So, Dornaa cant be his sister. Any other relation is posible though.

Similarly, I'm interested in knowing why the Wardens of Time come after my little blood elf kiddo.

@all the peeps saying we'll never see them grown up because time doesn't pass by fast enough.
I have come up with an equation to explain this:
Bronze dragonflight reacting to a child with a hostility because of what they will do in the future + persistent threat from Infinite Dragonflight = Bronze/Infinite Dragonflight expansion possibly set in future or with grown-up orphans coming back to the past in which our BC orphans feature prominently.
Does anyone object to that theory?

A futuristic caverns of time dungeon/raid with all the Orphans would make my year. I love the little tykes and will gladly take them anywhere they ask me.
