Most people who are annoyed at the achievement don't have an issue with the difficulty in getting it done. It's probably even easier this year, with more people realising they just need to throw games in order to get the achievement over and done with.Generally the issue people have is that it is poorly designed and basically makes the majority of BG games unplayable (in the traditional sense) for the week. A PvP achievement should encourage people to PvP, not have horde and alliance players standing in a huddle, dutifully handing a flag back and forth.It's the principle, not the difficulty.
