Solace is indeed amazing (double Solace even more so, if you can get it) but it's a hugely competitive piece that drops from ToC-25, and thus not really eligible for the list. I'm cheating somewhat by including Trophies of the Crusade here, but otherwise I wrote the list assuming you wouldn't necessarily have access to raid drops apart from commonly-pugged instances (Ony, VoA, first four of ICC, etc.).

But yeah, I adore Solace and am actually still using the regular version. I can't get the heroic one to drop. :(
