I was thinking the same thing. They've three tentacles on one arm, one on the other, just like the Faceless Ones in Ahn'Kahet and Naz'Anak (the Forgotten Depths, below Icecrown Citadel). They might as well have a sign on their heads saying "Old Godz Wuz Heer".
The real question is when we'll be fighting the Old God, what it's name will be, and what features it will have an overabundance of (C'thun was eyes, Yogg-Saron was mouths) ...
