From a quick skim over the talent trees, it seems that Beacon of Light now only works with Holy Light and (prepares to duck) Shockwave may have been somewhat nerfed. Also, I believe that Tree of Life last for 45 seconds, with a (talented) 3.5 minute CD.

Don't get too upset about Shockwave just yet. The initial talent point usually doesn't show the damage/coefficients for the final rank. With the changes to spell rank, it might just be the first rank only gets that coeff.

Or it got nerfed. Also a possibility.

Shockwave currently only has one rank. And spells don't change coefficient with different ranks (exceptions: pre level 20 spells have nerfed coefficients, which if it stays are likely to be just generally baked in to spell mechanics, and outdated spell ranks get nerfed as you continue to level to prevent downranking hijinks, which aren't applicable in Cataclysm).

More likely, it's a result of the pain-to-AP mastery (Vengeance?) that all tanks are getting.

Ignore the numbers. You can look at what the talents do, but all numbers are very subject to change in any direction.
