Sarth +3.10 with two drakes on the ground wins hands-down for me. I was the tank healer dodging lava walls and shadow voids while the tank got hit for approximately his max health every 15-20 seconds. Since I quit raiding in BC before Sunwell and never raided in classic, I don't think it has any competitors.
