For me personally it was Anub'arak 25 heroic (mostly phase 3) being the add tank on that fight. One mistake by me (threatwise/tauntwise/etc) and it would have been all over.

I just joined my current guild and they wanted someone to handle all the adds on Anub'arak. I was the only one (from the tanks) that had some block-gear still in his bank and was instantly chosen (bring on the pressure :P) to tank those adds. Needless to say, I was scared in the beginning xD.
We were still competing for Server first Anub'arak 50 tries left! So the pressure was building the more we got there with 50 tries left. On that particular evening we almost lost 1 try on Northrend Beasts. Four people left (2 shamans, 1 mage and a DK) at the end of that :D.

It was a huge relieve when we saw those server first messages go on a spamming frenzy :P.
