As a tank, surprisingly Toravon 25 when he first came out. You dps can just whale away, but the damage was SOO spikey, without my cooldown usage we'd wipe, and I had to guess if one health drop warranted the cooldown, as opposed to another, potentially overwhelming, damage spike, so as not to waste it.
