As a shaman in a guild who only ever run 10-mans, this is a problem I already have. My resto set is great. My elemental set, which I use every week for fights where only 2 healers are required, rarely sees an upgrade. I can't afford to spend precious frost badges on it and any rings, trinkets, cloaks etc. always rightly go to someone's main spec.

My ideal solution would be that rather than having 3 different tier sets for hybrids there is just a single set and the stats and bonuses change when you respec. This would even be better for pure classes. I've seen hunters and locks complain that various set bonuses don't suit their spec very well.
