Offspec gear and Cataclysm raiding

Dear Blizzard Entertainment,

In light of the proposed changes to the raid system in Cataclysm, I humbly request that the hybrid tax be removed.

It has always been my understanding that certain classes are penalized this "hybrid tax" simply because we are able to easily change specs to take on different roles. The new Cataclysm raid system will hamper our ability to do so by limiting the gearing of those off-specs. More than a few of us are brought to raids because of our ability to fill multiple roles during a single lockout. I, for instance, Boomkin and Tank in many of our 10- and 25-man raids. As my off-spec gear becomes further and further out of date, my guild will find fewer and fewer reasons to bring me. I lose that versatility for which I am being taxed.

Reverse the hybrid tax so we can be keep our raid spots.
