I personally saw Chakra as another decision to make in this triage business. It might cause a priest let people take more damage, so they can put out three heals in a row, knowing they'll get a chakra proc, increasing healing ability. Though I guess I won't know until you write an article about it, since I'm saving the priest to level in cata :D.

With the increased health pools, Chakra makes perfect sense.
You WILL have to cast that PoM or Heal 3 times to get everyone up. Casting three PoM's with the nerfed Deliverance is kinda bullshitty, 'tho.

It seems like I read in The Daily Blues a couple weeks back that PoH was getting redisigned. It seems like it would need to be to become viable to cast 3x in a row.
Also, Dawn, take heart; according to the class previeews Blizzard is finally fixing Lightwell...
They're just renamed it and gave it to Shamans.

I was thinking about this whole Chakra and triage thing a little bit further, and I remembered that Chakra has no time period in which to cast 3 heals in a row. Perhaps Chakra is a more raid oriented talent, where there will be raid and tank healers. Blizz never said they are making that spread less viable, just making all classes about even to do both of those jobs. So perhaps a priest will cast heal 3 times in a row as a tank healer, but still waiting for the tank to take enough damage so it will not waste by overhealing. So in essence, perhaps, it'll help some priests to get in the zone, but hopefully people won't only use Chakra procs, and continue to heal whoever needs healing with whatever spell is the best.
