Dawn's Serendipity comparison doesn't really work, since the whole problem she's talking about is that Serendipity gives you a bonus to your AoE healing when you're not AoE healing. That's not the same thing Chakra's doing at all.

I'm actually really looking forward to the bonuses as they stand now for single-target healing and the Renew-centric style of raid healing I love.
