I'm much the same.. It's one reason I also can't use extensive click cast mapping when I heal.
So I ended up with this as my UI:

It's been changed a little since that Screenie was taken, but the layout is the same.
The main difference between that one and my current one is that my unit frames are now entirely Stuf, with Stuf Raid having replaced Vuhdo as i found it much easier to edit and display what information I wanted, and where.
