And, ok, they obviously (probably) meant the specializations but it's still sad to see them go in the name of ease of balancing. I rather liked it in BC though I was in it for tanking with Blazefury.

Perhaps if the BOP WotLK stuff for BS held against quest gear and if tailoring and LWing actually had any in WotLK, well, those specializations would suck less. I certainly don't agree that the recipes over time is a better way to diversify. It just means that, in the end, everyone will have everything anyway.
