Anjell hit the nail on the head for me. It's fine, but really needs some new features. Namely:

1. Choose name to display for each person (Real or Nickname). I really like my guildies, and want to play with them in multiple games. But I don't want all of them knowing my real name. I like to keep my worlds separated, thank you very much.

2. Set privacy per character. Be able to select characters that are not visible so that you can chill on an alt without worrying that your real friend is gonna cry you skipped out on helping them run VoA for the thousandth time.
