Tim, maybe find another guild? Good druids are hard to find, and healing resto is pretty easy (i have two 80 restos, one in ICC gear). If they do that to you, imagine what else they will be biased about. Buddy needs loot even though you have the DKP? Sorry you. (etc etc).
