My guild is just starting to raid together (most of the raider types have been PuGging the whole time while the guild remained way too casual).
We now have a 10 man group, but when we are short, someone switches to an alt to fill in roles. What role do we almost always end up pugging? OT.
Then again, I think you are in the position that DPS fill in the lfg tool. There is no shortage of tanks when we pug one for a raid, which is another reason we are willing to go this route. I watched a ToC25 fall apart last night because a couple dps left and after an hour of trade spam, others began to leave. Yet we always get an OT in a matter of seconds. *shrug*
