Cryptozoic posts Wrathgate visual spoilers

If you're interested in the upcoming Wrathgate expansion for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game, then Cryptozoic has a treat for you: spoilers for the May 25 expansion. If you're dying to see what cards will be entering the game, to look at some new art or just to see if you recognize anyone on the hero cards, get thee hence and check out the images. Then you can spend the next two weeks feverishly anticipating the release of the expansion. Not that I would know anything about feverishly anticipating an expansion. Not me. No, sir. Nothing doing.
Cryptozoic's also been doing detailed previews of certain cards, discussing their impact on competitive play and their place in certain decks, so you can check that out while you're on their blog anyway.
Side note: I really dig the draenei figure on this card. I know, I know, blueberry LOL whatever, man. He looks badass and you know it.

I see they have no mention of any Loot Cards (which I'm never lucky enough to get anyway).

We had a Wrath Gate celebration bash at our company headquarters in Irvine this past Friday, and you can see some of our guests with pics of the new loot cards on our Facebook (Facebook.com/WoWTCG) and on our forums in the Cryptozoic.com URL above in the story.
And you're lamenting your luck, you just might be able to win some Wrath Gate packs and loots here on WoW.com in the near future...... but perhaps I say too much! =D

Ah, this reminds me of the day when I just collected cards due to their art and never actually learned how to play the game itself. Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh, and now this.
Maybe I should. It may be interesting.

I did the same wayyyyyy back in the day, starting with Magic: the Gathering. The exact expansion I started with was the original Portal....and now I am dating myself...

I recently started doing the same thing. It works pretty well for the WoW TCG because people buy massive amounts of boosters looking for loot cards to sell, so it's easy and cheap to buy big lots of cards on ebay.

Am I the only one that thought about the ACTUAL Wrathgate? I know nothing about the TCG, I even forgot it existed for a bit. So I read "Wrathgate Spoilers" and I'm all "Uh...it's been nearly 2 years. I think spoilers are over now."

On Saturday I've woken up and the pdf wa already there.. I've spent a couple of great hours on checking all the cards and then thinking about possible combinations and deck additions. I've got a couple of calls from my friends and we've discussed new cards. When the new set was added to MWS we were playing till 5 am at Saturday.. :]
The set is great, a lot of beautiful wow art and the cards are very decent. They strengthen current archetypes and they offer a couple more ideas.

I wish I could find such informative sites more often. I regularly spend much time on lust looking for some worthy sites when I can find something to read. Your site is surely one of them.
