You tell people to get the "full potential of the game" and then also say that "gear grinding is a waste of time". The "full potential of the game" includes ICC. How is one supposed to get into ICC without at one time or another grinding for gear? "wait til the new expansion"? Why? Why not wait til the first three patches after Cataclysm is released?

You have to enjoy the game though. Enjoy the grinds. I know I do. It is repetitive but blissful. You say mindless, I say relaxing. It's relaxing to do a few easy heroic runs after running TOC, painful ICC runs, etc. So, I guess I agree that if you're not enjoying the game, don't play. But I don't agree that grinding is pointless.
