Sometimes, when announcing the loot rules, etc. at the beginning of a raid in which we have several pugs, we will include that posting Recount data in any public channel is grounds for immediate booting and replacement. When everyone there is geared enough and skilled enough, the easiest route to failure is someone feeling like they have to focus on their number instead of their job.
