Female worgen preview

Have you, like our own Mikhail Saccovich, been dying to see what the new female worgen models are going to look like? Die no more! The Escapist has you covered, my friends, in detail. Copious screenshots of the new lady worgen models in cloth, leather, mail and plate gear to give you a general idea of what they'll look like when you roll one. The article emphasizes that these are works in progress, but I dig them. I really like how sinuous they are. My worgen rogue just might be a lady after all.

Probably...but I like this better. Putting hair on animals just isn't right. For reference, here are a bunch of dogs with wigs:

Yes, they will have hair.
The screenshots on mmoc a while back had several models with different hairstyles.
They're a mix between cute and fierce, very fitting. I would link to some but I'm on a phone. You might try googling it.

He probably assumed that they'll have hair because so far each gender of every race has multiple hairstyles available (including bald).
I wouldn't try to turn an obviously innocent and reasonable comment into some accusation of sexism.

If by "hair" you mean "on the head that can be styled", why would they? I'd assume they'd have that in human form, but in wolf-like form with styled hair they'd just look silly.

The textureless models in the last bit of news on female Worgen had hair, so yeah.
That said, they should totally make bald a hairstyle option for them. I'd probably never pick that one myself, but it'd be a cool option.

Those claws may be finely tuned instruments of disembowelment, but you can guarantee they are well manicured :P

Surely it won't matter you will have a hairstyle in human form but in worgen form you will look like this, right?

It's really surprising to me how many people are asking about/for hair on these. (I'm taking most of these comments to mean hair that is styled, on the head, like human hair) I wouldn't want hair of that sort for Worgen form.. and it didn't cross my mind that people would. Of course you'd have it in human form, but it doesn't make any sense to me or seem desirable to me in Worgen form. The only hair option that seems sensible for Worgen form to me is maybe being able to choose how much of a furry "mane" the toon has.

Heh, that was my first thought- Why are they bald? I mean... tehy're -animals- with -fur- but the texture is really bland.
I assume it's just still in development.

Yeah I was at least expecting the fur on their head to be more "fluffy?" That's not the work I mean but I can't think of another way of putting it.
... I'm not sure how I feel about how they look.

I really hope they are not given human hair on their werewolf heads. I think that would look awful.
I've never seen a depiction of werewolves whatsoever with human hair in-form except as anthropomorphic animals, which Worgen are not. They're not bald, they have wolf heads. Although that may be a lynx for the ladies.
