Rob from Doctors of Philosophy, Twin Emps gave Spectacular Death fits, too. Run into Princess Huhuran's room and our Raid Leader, who had researched strats for Twin Emps until his head was full says, "Um...honest guys. I can't remember what she does other than maybe a whirlwind." She was dead within 3 minutes. We couldn't get past Twin Emps that night. We have since conquered AQ40 consistently but, if we don't have the classes, we won't go.

People pooh pooh this stuff. Yes, you can 4 man MC. The healer had a ball and said he learned a lot about mixing up spells and what the range is and how fast he can cast things, all of which will make him better in Wrath raids. Plus, his 9 month-old was fussy and he spent the last 30 minutes healing with one hand as he held his son.

You can't solo the first fight of BWL or the Twin Emps and many of the fights have a strategy to them. Granted, in T10 gear you can ignore a lot of damage. The Onyxia Scale cloak shown on my back in the photo with Nefarian isn't needed in BWL for level 80's. But, if you don't know the strategies and have enough people, you can wipe.

SD will never not do classic raids. I'm looking forward to level 85 and running MC naked.
