Honestly, I don't think the rep gear is worth bothering with anymore. With a few crafted epics and quest/auction-house blues, you can start tanking heroics. Once you're running heroics, you can farm badges and buy great gear.

I've made an Icecrown Citadel Quick Gear Guide that has a suggested pre-raid set (or two)...

Woah woah woah woah woah - its 540?? Here I've been at 545 all this time being sad that I would lose too much if I swapped around some pieces, time to change some gear!
