a visual presentations of our 96969 rotation really helped me out. Here are my keybindings (which differ from the picture, but still follow the 9/6/9 sec CDs):

1 - Consecration
2 - Hammer of the Right.
3 - Holy Shield
4 - Shield of Right.
5 - Judgement

1-2-3-4-5-2-1-4-3-2-5-4

Picture it, feel it, practice it, and practice it some more, and it will be second nature in 5 min tops.
