I use IceHUD and absolutely love it. Having my health bar right there in front of me is the only thing that reminds me to heal myself when I'm healing, and not needing to look away from the center of the screen to see my health is quite useful while solo-ing.

Hah! What's funny is my 55 Priest is the only turn where I have IceHUD turned OFF (and I use Quartz for his castbars). It's my main (tank) and all of my DPS (both melee and ranged) who I use IceHUD on.
