I used to be a varsity cross country runner in high school, and the beginning of college. Then I started smoking cigarettes. Combine that with a nasty motorcycle accident, and I am severely underweight and not healthy. They screw up my sleep cycles, eating habits, and desire to exercise. I just failed my 3rd try quitting, but I haven't given up. I can't wait for the day that I can live as you say, Joshua, because I believe you are absolutely right! I think the important thing is to never give up, whether quitting smoking(haha, don't quit quitting?), eating healthy, getting exercise, whatever. Just because you failed once, doesn't mean you will again, and when you are trying to create a habit, every attempt makes the next one easier. Plus later you can bore all your friends with how hard you had to work to get those leaner abs, to drop those bogeys, to go to bed earlier and skip the infomercials that you don't need to see. Good luck everyone!Way too Skinny Smoker
