Well, there's two things going on here. There's the capacity to communicate with your fellow players through auditory input AKA talking. And there's the specific client you use. Vent sucks. Really bad. For lots of reasons.But it's got inertia so it's going to stick around for a while.Now talking to your fellow players, it's reasonable good...except when you can't understand the people. Sometimes it's a technical problem, like some too loud, or too soft, or too broken up. And sometimes you just don't know how to communicate any more effectively over voice than you would using text. Far too many people have that last problem.It's rather sad.
