Totally have to say Teamspeak 3. Even though it's still in Beta, the sound quality and features at least match or even beat Ventrilo most of the time. My guild has used a Teamspeak 2 server for awhile for just a personal server for most of us (we're sort of a small guild) and we upgraded to TS3 but we have used Vent, of course, because that's what most other people used for their guilds. We managed to convince a few of our non-guildies to get on our TS server and they were astounded by the lack of latency and they just loved some of the features like the Priority speaking (if a non-priority speaker is talking and a priority speaker needs to talk. it lowers the volume of the non-priority speaker). Honestly, if TS3 goes live out of beta and it gets even better than it is now, I think that Ventrilo might be playing catch up.
