I know there's great gear to find in the newest dungeons, but I think it's a rite of passage for all Wrath-era tanks to grab a Red Sword of Courage and a Royal Crest of Lordaeron.

Seriously, when heroics were still serious business and Naxx was the height of raiding, I used to stare enviously at those gods among men who walked around Dalaran with those two items.

They're not much to brag about these days, but they're an iconic pair. Make sure you grab 'em.
