You'd probably go with the badge helm and shoulders, then the iLvl 232 tier-9 legs, chest, and gloves. The badge ring, trinket, and libram, too.

Neck: Fossilized Ammonite Choker from H-HoR.

Back: Cloak of the Enemy from Nexus (the frost cloak is a significant upgrade, obviously, if you're willing to spend the 60 badges).

Bracers: The bracers from Volazj are fine, although I'm pretty sure (haven't checked lately) the 60 Conquest bracers are better, and they're BoE, so you might be able to find them on the AH or convince someone else to get them for you.

Belt: Girdle of the Pallid Knight or Ancient Aligned Girdle, depending on whether you need the hit rating.

Feet: Black Spire Sabotons from Devourer.

Ring: Any of the blue-quality rings are fine, plus the badge ring.

Trinket: Black Heart and Essence of Gossamer. Your effective health will thank you.

Weapon: Rimefang's Claw. And whatever you do, don't put Blade Warding on it. That's a crap enchant.

Shield: Splintered Door of the Citadel from normal HoR.

I think that covers it.
