Does anyone know the level range for this?

That is, is it an end-game quest sequence like Battle For The Undercity, or one that low level characters can do?

Pretty sure anyone can do it regardless of level but, not 100%.

If I remember correctly, there are some "pre-battle" preparation quests that everyone can do, but to participate in the phased battle itself you must be at least level 75.

I think everyone can do the quests leading up to the Battle for the Undercity bit, and then it's 75+ only.
